Safety & Security

We take your children’s safety very seriously at cool-de-sac. That’s why we will wristband each child and accompanying adult with a matching coded wristband that will be verified before the child is allowed to leave the facility. A child will not be allowed to leave without an adult and an adult may only leave with “matching” children.

In addition, we are proud to participate with the Code Adam program for lost or missing children. Our team members have all received training on Code Adam procedures provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). For more information on NCMEC and Code Adam please go to www.missingkids.com

• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
• Adults will not be allowed entry without a child.
• Outside food and beverage is not permitted.
• Walk-in events are not permitted, please make a prior reservation.
• Socks required in play areas.
• Service animals only.
